Yasmin graduated from university in 2020 with a first class degree in Illustration, but like many creatives, her practice goes back way further. She was the kid who excelled at creative subjects and spent her evenings drawing, sewing and writing. Whether sat on her bed writing her latest adventure aged 11, or painting with sticks during her art foundation course, creativity offers escapism and guarantees happiness.

Since graduating, she’s worked in graphic, print and garment design on both permanent and freelance basis. She is now working as a full time senior graphic designer.

This website blends together her interests in design, illustration, writing and community. Her journal is a creative outlet for designers and writers of all ages to use as a sounding board for their own practice.
